Heroclix is a collectable miniature game made by 'Wizzkids', based on the superhero comic book world. It is similar to wargaming in that two opponents have a small group of figures that battle it out on a board. There are a large number of figures to choose from, from the world of Marvel, DC and Indy comics. For each figure there are three experience levels - rookie, experienced and veteran, which are defined by a different coloured ring on the base.
