After living the quiet life in Bangkok, Rambo is approached by a group of Christian human rights missionaries, who want to hire his boat to travel up river to Burma. Rambo finally agrees to take them, but they are ambushed and held captive by Burmese Army Major Pee Tint. And unusually it's up to old Rambo to save the day.
