Hilary Swank stars as the former Christian missionary who's faith is destroyed following the tragic loss of her family. She then makes it her life's work to disprove all religious phenomena. But on visiting a small American town which is being ravaged by "Biblical Plagues", she begins to realise that only her faith can help her to fight them.
